Join us at Foot Tools Monday nights for an instructor led running clinic and learn some simple techniques in both running and in strength training that will help you achieve your goals, whether it is your first race or increasing your endurance.  Participants will have the option to train and participate in the Frosty 5 KM Race on Sunday, March 4, 2012.

Starting January 9, 2012, our weekly clinics include online support with resources and weekly homework to assist participants with training plans and staying focused.  Whether you are a beginner runner or someone who wants to look at improving their race time, this clinic will be sure to help you meet your goals.

Clinic Fees:

Option #1 – $80.00
(Includes clinic, 10% discount towards in store purchases, and a Shut Up & Run T-Shirt!)

Option #2 - $100.00
(Includes Frosty 5km Race registration (a $40 value), clinic, 10% discount towards in store purchases, and a Shut Up & Run T-Shirt!)
